Hello,

My name is Ethan Sherman, I also go by the nickname Sofaspartan. I have lived in Martinsburg, WV my whole life and I am attending Shepherd University, a college not to far away in the little historic, artsy town of Shepherdstown. I am currently in my second year of college, studying graphic design as a major. I have pretty much always known that I wanted to be an artist of some type and my family has had artistic roots reaching back very far, so I guess I have art in my genes!

2009 turned into the most amazing year of my life, as I met the love of my life, Alyssa. (Her blog can be found <a href=”http://alyssajosephine.tumblr.com/”>here<a/>.) We are now engaged and hope to get married shortly after we get out of college (couldn’t happen soon enough!) I cant wait to get married to Alyssa. She is the most amazing sweetheart any guy could ever ask for! Our hopes are to eventually reside in Washington, DC.

As an artist, I favor vector graphics and hand illustrations. I also love to create musical works with 8-bit tracking programs! I am pretty much a retro game fanatic, as I eagerly collect vintage games to play on my NES console. I really enjoy nature, camping and being outdoors in general.

I’ve repurposed this blog to be my design blog! From now on I will mostly post original content!
